I've tried speed courses before. Why would this work?

If you can play basic lines with a pick, you can start. It's not first-chords training. Every path starts slow and climbs, and experienced players use the same work to clean up what speed exposes.
Am I too old, or are my hands the problem?
Nobody can honestly promise where your ceiling is. But starting later, or struggling now, doesn't put clean, fast playing off the table. It's not your hands. It's your technique.
How much time does each path take?
Every path fits the time you actually have. Path 1 has a 15-minute daily routine. Path 2 has a 10-minute routine and a 7-day course at about 10 minutes a day. Path 3 runs 15 to 30 minutes a day. Lifetime access, so nothing expires.
Where do I start inside my path?
Start short, then take on the full month. Path 1: the 7-day blueprint, then the 30-day challenge, with the 15-minute workout as your daily routine. Path 2: the 7-day blueprint, then the 30-day challenge, with the 10-minute workout daily. Path 3: the 4-day course, the 7-day system, then the 30-day program.
